These Terms govern your use of forged-stoic.com, the Forge challenge, and any digital products we sell (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

ForgedStoic is an independent digital publisher of fitness and self-discipline educational content. Contact: support@forged-stoic.com.

2. Digital products

Purchases of digital products (e.g., the 30-Day Protocol PDF) grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own use. You may print copies for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or claim authorship of the content. Payments are processed by a third-party processor (e.g., Gumroad/Stripe); we never see or store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Health disclaimer — read it

All content is educational, not medical advice. The Health & Fitness Disclaimer is part of these Terms. You assume the risks of physical training and confirm you will consult a physician before starting.

4. The Forge (challenge, leaderboard)

  • The Forge is provided free, as-is, for motivation and entertainment.
  • You are responsible for the display name you choose and any note you post. No impersonation, slurs, spam, advertising, or unlawful content. Check-in notes and names are publicly visible.
  • Check-ins are honor-system. We may remove entries, names, or accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or break these rules — the record only works if it's honest.
  • We may modify or discontinue the Forge at any time; streaks and leaderboard positions have no monetary value.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including text, design, logos, videos, and the Protocol, are our intellectual property or licensed to us. All rights reserved except the license in Section 2.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR TRAINING DECISIONS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid-product terms apply only to purchases made after the change.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the ForgedStoic operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive venue.
